Sahibzada M. Taimur is a seasoned and well-known banking professional in the UAE having more than 3 decades of banking, finance and business management experience.
He has worked with leading banks namely Habib Bank Ltd., Mashreqbank and Citibank In the UAE and has held the functional positions of Head of Corporate Banking, UAE and Head of Risk, Gulf with the corporate titles of Senior Vice President and Deputy General Manager with Habib bank Limited and prior to that as Vice President & Head of Commercial Banking, Sharjah & Northern Emirates with Mashreqbank While in these roles he had an opportunity to deal with large corporates as well as local SMEs.
Taimur has also built business for the banks and established successfully bank’s offices in Jebel Ali as well as in the Emirate of Sharjah. He has also attended severalspecialist management training courses and programs encompassing financial and risk management. He has also mentored and guided many young bankers and entrepreneurs who are now at leading positions in their respective industries. He has also conducted in-house training for the bank’s relationship management team which was highly appreciated by the bank’s management.

Manzar A. Zuberi is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (trained at PWC), and a Certified Public Accountant (USA) with 30 years of professional experience in diverse industries where he has lead the Finance function of various companies in the UAE and Canada. The sectors covered in his vast portfolio include Oil & Gas, HVAC, IT & Electronics, and Pharmaceuticals that include companies representing global brands like Mobil, Carrier, Intel, Fujitsu and Vitane Pharma.
He has expertise in financial disciplines. Key areas include improvement in operational efficiencies, developing strategies, creating control environment, impact business sustenance thru risk mitigation, management of cash flow and working capital, implementing cost effective measures to support profitability.
He has experience in conducting Business Process Review, Due Diligence, Financial Analysis, Project Management, M&A Transactions, Forecasts and KPI reporting, Capex project evaluation, Contract reviews, Financial reporting per IFRS and GAAP,review of and professional advice on tax matters and filing relating to UAE’s Federal Tax Authority (FTA).
